Our Total Plant control system is built around standard components ensuring an easy and quick control of the plant.
It includes the following components:
• PLC Programming, Software Rockwell, Schneider and Siemens. to control the process.
• HMI / SCADA / RS View32 / MES and lloT systems. for operator control
• "PT-Trace" and Factory Talk, for batch control and traceability
• Interface with the level of ERP in the plant.
• Interface with the control level.
The “PT-Trace” batch and traceability system, ensures traceability of material from raw material to the finished product. We use Microsoft MSSQL for database.
Our ERP add-on to “PT-Trace” ensures communication with the ERP system in the company. This allow us to communicate production orders and produced amounts online.
Our maintenance add-on to “PT-Trace” ensures that there is an online communication between production and the maintenance department.
